Website and Early Access Terms
Last updated October 11, 2026. These terms apply to the Workkin website, access-request process, and invitation-only preview.
Early-stage startup
Workkin is an early-stage startup currently being developed and evaluated with selected participants. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Features, content, invitations, and availability may change, pause, or end at any time.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. If you use Workkin for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Invited participants accept these terms when they enter the private preview.
Permitted use
You may use the site and preview only for lawful evaluation and feedback. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, probe it for vulnerabilities, impersonate another person, share an invitation without permission, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Use sample information only
Do not submit confidential records, real financial documents, payment details, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive personal information. The preview is not approved for production workloads or consequential business decisions.
Your submissions and feedback
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Workkin permission to process that material only as needed to review your request, operate the preview, respond to you, and provide the requested experience. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, Workkin may use it without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential information.
Workkin content
The Workkin name, website, designs, text, software, and other materials are owned by the operator of Workkin or its applicable licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use them only for the purposes described above; they do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
AI and sample outputs
AI-generated and sample outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for every decision or action based on them. Workkin does not approve payments, provide professional advice, or make decisions on your behalf.
No purchase or production commitment
The current website and preview do not complete a purchase, guarantee a commercial service, or provide a production service level. Any future paid pilot, marketplace transaction, security commitment, or commercial relationship will require separate terms.
Access and termination
Workkin may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect participants, investigate misuse, or operate the preview. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of information as described in the Early Access Privacy Notice.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and preview are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the preview changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new date. Questions can be sent to info@workkin.ai or submitted through the Workkin contact form. Any governing-law, liability, or dispute terms for a commercial pilot will be stated in the applicable separate agreement.
